Need to Close Faster?
We can usually close in two to four weeks, but if you need to sell your land faster, we offer an Expedited Closing service. In some instances we can close in as little as a few days.
Because we have trained title professionals on staff, we can skip the title company and perform the closing ourselves. We'll do the title search and draw up the documents in house.
We'll send the documents and a cashiers check to a notary in your area. All you have to do is show up, sign to deed, and collect your check from the notary.
We offer this expedited service at no additional cost to you. We pay for all closing costs.
